Wake up with better skin. Our pillowcase is made from 22 Momme mulberry silk for a deep sleep. Dermatologists designed this fabric to be gentle and hypoallergenic. It works overnight to reduce bacteria, soothe irritation, and prevent breakouts.

Machine wash on a cold silk or delicate cycle, or hand wash at a maximum of 30°C/86°F, using a small amount of pH-neutral silk detergent.
Wash inside out with similar colours. For added protection, place the pillowcase inside a mesh laundry bag.

Gently reshape and lay flat to air dry away from direct sunlight and heat. If needed, iron on the reverse using the lowest silk setting to help maintain its smooth finish and natural lustre.

Returns: Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Ordinary sale and promotional purchases qualify. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage.

Mulberry silk is a naturally smooth protein fibre. Its fine filaments create a soft, low-friction surface against your skin and hair. That means three things.
It creates less friction. Unlike many common bedding fabrics, silk allows your skin and hair to move more freely across the surface. This may help reduce overnight creasing, tangling, frizz and breakage.
It manages moisture naturally. Silk can take up and release moisture, helping it feel comfortable against your skin throughout the night.
It is naturally breathable and insulating. That helps silk remain comfortable across seasons—light and breathable in warmer weather, yet gently insulating when it is cooler.
Not all silk feels the same. Velsa uses Grade 6A mulberry silk woven to 22 momme—a dense, substantial weight chosen for its smooth feel and lasting quality.
Silk is more durable than people think — it just doesn't like heat or harsh chemicals.
• Hand wash in cold water with a gentle, pH-neutral detergent, or machine wash cold on delicate inside a mesh bag
• Air dry away from direct sunlight and radiators
• No bleach, no fabric softener, no tumble dryer, no wringing
• If you iron, use the lowest setting on the reverse side
Wash every 1–2 weeks with normal use. Cared for properly, real silk lasts years.
Yes. Our mulberry silk is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified — independently tested to be free from harmful substances and safe for direct skin contact.
